Ingredients
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 shredded carrot
- 2 scoops Raw Yogi Superfood
- 40z unsweetened applesauce
- 10 dates
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- unsweetened coconut flakes for garnish
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
- Transfer to blender or food processor
- Blend until it forms a thick consistency
- Form small balls with your hands
- Dip and roll in coconut flakes.
- Place on a tray and refrigerate
- Enjoy
